RESET, Inc. is an ISO 9002 registered repair facility specializing in the service of computer tape backup devices and magneto optical backup devices. Our repair process and testing process is designed to efficiently repair your drive and test it to its full parameters. Your drive will be repaired, cleaned, mechanical and electronic alignments performed and then will run through a rigorous production test that will check all the functions of your unit. Our production test will test the drive to its full capacity utilizing incrementing and decrementing data patterns. Test time will vary between six to fourteen hours depending on the type of drive. Your unit will then be tested on application software so we are sure it can perform in the customer's environment.

• Standard Repair Warranty is six months. For Travan Tape Drives, CD Drives and DVD Drives standard repair warranty is 90 Days. Extended warranty is available for additional cost.
• Turnaround time is seven to ten working days at our facility.
• Flat rate pricing includes all parts and labor assuming unit received has normal field failure.
• Repair pricing does not include replacement of external power supplies or enclosures.
• Customer will be contacted regarding any up charges necessary and authorization granted before billing.
• Units must be packaged utilizing proper packing materials so additional damage during shipping to our facility does not occur.
• Return freight charges will depend on weight and dimensional size. All repaired units will be returned in new packaging.
• Do not send any additional items other than power sources such as: power cords, interface cables, tapes, documentation or terminators.
• Payment methods are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, COD company check (no personal checks), prepay by company check and include FedEx or UPS account number to cover return freight charges, Terms of Net 30 Days with approved credit and Purchase Order.
